Post Body

So I just applied for my US Passport. I know it will take a few months to get it. I'm just surprised how bad the passport process is here.

I've gotten passports in Mexico and here in US with Mexican embassies amd the process takes....1 hour.

The time I spent on the post office waiting in line to submit my paperwork is the time I've spent in the past in Mexican offices getting my passport. You take the docs, they verify them. Take your picture there with a camera attached to a computer, you pay. ask you to wait. 15 minutes later you have your passport in hand.

I got my US citizenship recently and I'm surprised at how antiquated the US passport process is...compared to Mexico of all places.
