I graduated in December 2023 and took my NCLEX yesterday at 1pm and my license is already posted! My test was mostly cancer, musculoskeletal, and GI (including pharm). I had a couple of Peds, OB, and 2 EKGs.
I studied for 3 weeks and tried to do questions daily, sometimes only 10 or 20 but other times Iād do the full 85 (just whatever I had time for honestly). I used mostly bootcamp, Evolve NGN questions that came with the textbooks, and a little bit of my friendās Archer and UWorld accounts. I also listened to a few Mark Klimek lectures on YouTube and found the notes on google. I did around 750 practice questions total between all of the test banks.
I did not do many practice questions on cancer, musculoskeletal, or GI bc I focused mostly on cardiac, Peds, OB, etc so my heart sank when I kept getting those. I was convinced I did absolutely terrible when it shut off and I cried as soon as I got home bc I figured Iād have to retake it. I was too discouraged to do the ātest retake or refundā trick.
My advice is to do practice questions, review content areas you struggle in, and trust your first choice, donāt change answers! Good luck! You got this and you will pass! š
