how to followup when a video goes "viral" for you?

so for reference, I have switched niche about a month or two ago, and have been going at it with daily content. Now about a day ago, I decided to try a short (not youtube shorts) video format, and made it purely "comedy", and gave it a sorta thumbnail like that youtuber 'steveee' and to my surprise, the video racked in 60k views within 24 hours, and I was wondering if I should keep going at it? and how? should I try different variations, etc?

also, I turned off notify subscribers about the video, and it had a high high CTR (28%) with around 100 views of non subs, maybe that's why it exploded?
