Is it true that the view count will be low if you name a video with 'Part 2...'?

After watching several vids, their pt2 will always have a much lower view count, Is it true that YouTube won't promote a video a lot if it's named "pt2" "pt3" "pt4" etc.?

If I came across a 2 part project video and all I was interested in was the finished project then I’m only watching part 2 and like the last 2 minutes of it at best. Depends on who’s making it tho.

I mean if This Old Tony uploaded a 382 part video on cleaning a machine shop I’d watch every second of it though. So yeah just depends.
