Video suppressed due to the algorithm?!

I made a video adding all possible tags, but very few people watched it. Usually, there are more viewers. Under the video, I got this comment: "This is so cool. Good ass video. You can only find it if you set search settings to “recent” so it’s definitely being suppressed due to the algorithm." Any tips on how to fix it?"
