Just monetized but views have plummeted. Looking for advice.

Hello! I just got monetized today, which is exciting BUT things took a big nosedive recently and I am not sure why.

I have a kids YouTube channel which is linked if you’d like to take a look. Things started out strong and subscribers steadily grew. This past month however I would go up 2, down 3, up 4 down 1 etc… now there have been no new subscribers in a few weeks and the views have dropped.

At one point I got a lot of subscribers from shorts but the shorts seemed to kill the long form videos so I turned them off.

I have invested a lot of time in energy into this and I really want to succeed. I love making these videos!

I’m looking for advice or, if anyone knows of a legit company that I could hire to get me back on track, that would be great.

What a rollercoaster ride!

Any help/advice is appreciated.

I don’t know much, as I’m still fairly new as well, but I would say just keep posting. I think peaks and troughs are just part of YouTube!
