I'm at the 2.5 year mark of having Parosmia. Yesterday I ate an entire meal without realizing there were red peppers in the dish. I could have cried knowing they didn't bother me one bit and tasted completely normal. Cucumbers seem to be the only thing off these days.
Through much of my journey having Parosmia, I felt alone. No one understands unless you've experienced it. I'm grateful for the posts of experiences just like mine.
Have hope. It will get better.
