Post Body

Hi everyone,

So I'm in my mid 30's, father of two, overweight but have always loved parkour and free running and never had the courage to get into it because of my weight.

I really want to get into it as a way of losing weight and being one day able to do the cool flips and tricks I have seen and being a good role model to my kids fitness wise but I'm really worried about hurting myself at this age...

Would you be able to give me any advice on how an absolute newcomer with no fitness could start? What are the things I should watch out for? What should I not do as a starter? What SHOULD I do? Would love any advice from the community!

Thanks everyone in advance.
