Post Body

I'm just starting to get into parkour, as in I've just started on the very basics; the idea behind it though is what draws me to the movement. My whole life, I've learned to adjust myself to what comes along, to deal with obstacles that have been put in my path, get over them, and keep moving. I've spent my life practicing, for lack of a better term, philosophical parkour, and the thought of physically being able to do it is what finally motivated me to get off my ass and start doing something to physically help me.
