Post Body

Hello all, I used to train daily years ago however that took a heavy toll on my body. About 5 or 6 years ago knee started swelling, tightening, and randomly just giving out not being able to put weight on it at times.

Walk to much, swelling

Run, my whole right leg goes numb

The doctor said my knee is incredibly weak. Like there is almost no muscle, x rays came out mostly fine. I'm 30 now and used to do lots of extreme sports. Anything with a board or way to climb I did it, but over the years I have gained a ton of weight, and want to get back at it. Any thoughts on this weird knee issue physical therapy was no help.

Anyone else go through this and come out okay. The formal diagnosis was PFPS (Petella femoral pain syndrome)
