Caregiver?
Post Body

I have been married for 25 years and was diagnosed 2 years ago. My disability started around a year ago because of severe balance issues. I can get around with a cane but I know eventually that will progress to wheelchair or worse. I am trying to stay active as much as possible with a cane and do light exercise daily. My wife has let me know that me know that when I become dependent on someone she is going to put me in assisted living. My dad and mom were married for 48 years before his death. He worked and took care of her when she had her stroke and through her disability. Am I reading too much into it that she seems dead set on having someone else care for me even though she does not work and has refused to look for a job.
