Comfortable with First Aid
Post Body

Hey friends

I've been a Park Ranger for about a year now, but I'm still a bit uncomfortable with first aid.

I'm CPR certified and done the Red Cross training, I try to refresh with my notes periodically, but in the event of needing to give out first aid I know I wouldn't be entirely comfortable.

I've been lucky enough to avoid any situations like this so far. Does anyone have any tips on how I can be more confident?

Maybe something I can drill into my head? Or a daily first aid quiz?

Thanks in advance!
