Hi-- leaving for Paris in a few days and have made zero restaurant reservations. I'm traveling by myself and partially don't want to deal with the indignities of being a solo diner at a fancy establishment, but I also have to eat and I do so love good food. Any recommendations for places where I won't feel self-conscious having a delicious meal by myself, that I can actually get into? Price is not as important as value.
My favorite solo dinner in Paris was at L’Aubergeade near Bercy/Dugommier (not to be confused with L’Auberge). Excellent service, not at all touristy, and the food was unforgettable.
