My son cannot sleep at daycare. His teachers have tried pretty much everything. He is always so close to falling a sleep but the slightest sound or light, he wakes right up. He has a weighted blanket and he sleeps with a white noise machine. They let us bring in his Blackie he uses at home. But still, he won't sleep. At home I don't even try but unfortunately with how my center is set up, he pretty much has to nap or at least lay quietly in his cot. (I work there, I've told them I'd rather he come in my room than be forces to lay there for 2.5 hours and be excepted to not move or make a noise) luckily, he seems to be ok, but because he's been so tired, he's a crab in the afternoon. Is there anything I can do for him to help him sleep? I know he wants to, he is so close everyday. He just can't quiet his mind.
