I have a newborn and I hate seeing her crying so I try to do everything in my hands before she gets to that point of stress.
This week my mother in law is visiting and she’s supposed to help me out with the baby but our parenting opinions are so conflicting that it’s driving me crazy, she goes against everything I read in the Internet like swaddling the baby or not applying baby oil until she’s a bit older.
Now she says that the baby cries just because, to get attention or because she’s spoiled.
I heard a doctor saying that every time a baby cries is because they really need something or are trying to communicate with their outside world, that their little brains don’t have the ability to manipulate or plan on ruining their parents life lol.
In your experience as parents... do you agree that a newborn will cry just because they’re spoiled or does they always have a reason?
