How can i disinfect dogs who killed a rat ?

I have a 5 month old son and pregnant wife. My dogs got a rat and I'm worried they could get my wife and son sick. Is there anything I can do to disinfect them, like a certain soap I should use to bath them ?
I'm giving them a bath regular dog shampoo but I don't think that would be enough, would it ? I'm also gonna separate them best I can, how long is necessary?
