Hey everyone, this is my first time posting on this board, I'm in desperate need of help here. I have a 2 yr old son and he absolutely refuses to eat actual food. Every meal is a battle and my wife and I are stressing out to the point where we end of fighting over it. I just don't get it, even my doctor is baffled because he is a healthy, growing boy with lots of energy!
I don't get it myself, how can he have all this energy when he doesn't eat!?! He will basically only have milk and he'll snack here n there on crackers or snap peas. I don't remember the last time he got in his chair and ate an actual meal of solid food. I have to give him pedisure because I'm scared he isn't getting the proper nutrition he needs. My wife and I feel like terrible parents. When were with our friends, all there kids sit down and eat, and there's my son who sits on the couch with a bottle. Please if anyone has any KIND or CONSTRUCTIVE advice, I would greatly appreciate it. If you'd going to be rude and bash, please don't bother!
Thanks!
I also forgot to mention that my wife is expecting another baby in March and that we both work retail, our schedules don't allow for us to sit down and eat dinner together every night. Hope this info helps!
