Hello everyone, I’ll try to keep this short. I have a 9 year old sister. I still live at home and I half raised her.
Tonight my parents were gone about 90 mins before dinner time. So I had dinner in the oven and was responsible for feeding her. We had lasagna and texas toast garlic bread. I expected her to not eat the crust of the bread, I didnt eat bread crust either at her age. But she wanted the meat picked out of the lasagna. Which is a new thing. She normally eats it, so there was no provision made for her outside of this. I did tell her she needed to eat it, as there was nothing else for her to eat tonight and I didnt want her to be hungry later. She ate most of it and she got another texas toast, but she did ask for a bowl of cereal and a spoonful of peanut butter.
I’d love any advice on helping her eat other things that arent cereal, chicken nuggets and cheese pizza
