Kids at home are driving me nuts

I love them to bits but it's so hard to actually get anything done.
I'm going crazy with WFH, a WFH wife, and two demanding toddlers at home right now.
The noise. Omg the noise and screaming.
Yes I know one day the home will be silent and I'll miss this but I just want a little while without sensory overload.
Folks in the East have it good with full time domestic help to at least take over the burden of household chores and home maintenance.
