Concerning Behavioral issues:
- Pinching 🤏 random kids and adults
- Stealing other kids chips/ toys
- pushing or hitting other kids
We are unsure where he’s learned any of this behavior. He doesn’t go to daycare… our only other child is 9 months old.
He spends a lot of time with his grandma but she’s adamant he hasn’t learned any of that there.
Today we were at a gym (Life Time) where they have a kids pool. While we were changing in the family room, our 20 month old pushed another kid around his age into a locker… the dad, understandably, got quite upset.
He also saw a 5 year old eating chips - ran up to her and snatched her chips out of her hands as she was about to put them in her mouth 😭😭
We’ve tried gentel parenting. Redirecting bad behavior. Time out chair 🪑
I’m getting concerned and it’s embarrassing when this stuff happens in public.
Please help, any other parents in similar situation??
