Best ways to monitor devices?

Post Body

I have two kids, both with phones (android), iPads, and computers (windows 10). I'm trying to find the best ways to monitor their online activity without being intrusive or blocking content. What are some good apps or programs for Android and Windows that could help me with that? I'm not too worried about the ipads because the only apps that aren't blocked on there are drawing apps, puzzle and word search games and kindle.

I want to avoid anything too obvious that I'm monitoring it (it can show in their app lists, I just don't want a constant notification saying 'Your mom's warching!') and I want to avoid anything that blocks content, I'd rather know what they're getting into and have a discussion about the reasons rather than them just trying to find a way around the blocks.

Ideally, I'd also like a way to remotely disable their computer, if they get grounded or haven't finished chores yet.

Any suggestions?
