So I have not seen or talked to my daughter in more than 2 years. My ex and I have no child support order. Lately every time he emails he is asking me to pay half of everything. He makes 6 figures and I don’t even make $20k. I always ask for invoices or receipts so I can contribute, but I only get an email back telling me what a deadbeat I am and how I should be doing more and sending my daughter high end gifts, like a 3d printer or a paddle board. They want me to pay $750 for school clothes this year. I feel awful but I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me and my guilt. I am sending money every month on my own, I used a support calculator for my state. Any advice on this or support.
