Ok so this is a recalling of an weird experience that happened to me when I was around 8 years ago when I was 9 or 10

So at the time I slept on a bunkbed but i didn't share the bed with someone, I just prefered sleeping up high for some reason as a child. I don't know why I just did. Anyway on this particular night i could not sleep for some reason, I tossed and turned for a few hours before giving up an just going on my iPad to watch some good old youtube.

After a while I decided to check the time on my iPad. it said 3:13. I remember that so vividly for some reason but anyway right after i checked the time thats when a big bright light came shining through my window, between the blinds next to my bed. It was so bright it was like a floodlight from a stadium was shinning into my bedroom. This light was really weird for two main reasons (well apart from the obvious of why the hell there was a bright light in my rooom in the first place):

1. My window faced the sideway with a tall fence next to it so it couldnt be the neighbours.
2. The light appeared to be spinning really fast

Then after about maybe 30 seconds there was a big, loud, metallic bang, it was so loud that it left my ears ringing. I still don't know how no one woke up from it. Maybe they did and just ignored it? Maybe my brain is so overtired at this point that it made it all up? I dont know. But after the loud bang the mystirous light stopped spinning and just shon through my window.

I don't know where 10 year old me got the guts to do so but I decided to climb down the ladder and go over to the window to investigate. As I walked over to the window my head started pounding and hands a feet went numb. The last thing I can remember is moving away the blinds and looking out, although I cant remember what i saw out there.

The next thing I remember is that I awoke in my neatly made bed, ontop of my blanket with legs layed together and my arms crossed on my shoulders, like an egyption or someone going for communion. I had no pain or anything just a slight sense of disorientaion and dizziness but thats it. My video was still playing only about 20 or so seconds past from where I last remembered. The only difference being is the time was now 5:30.

In the morning I didn't tell my family, cant tell you why just felt scared or shocked, and still havent talked about it with them since. I have told several friends about it in the past few years, they believe that I am telling the truth but they have no explanation for what could have happened. I do believe in aliens existing somewhere out there bu am skeptical on if they visited earth. I dont know if i was abducted that night or not but I have no other explanation for what it could be.
