My wife caught these voices while I was working

I posted this elsewhere but want more opinions. I was at work. My wife was having some anxiety issues. Our house gets this weird oppressive feeling sometimes. Like a depression when it's sunny out. It's hard to explain. Anyways the voices are quite prominent it's a woman saying something then a whisper. I have a link to the full clip also that I will post below also. Again the two voices you hear are not me and not her. I'd like to know what y'all think
