Good evening everyone,

I just got back from dinner with some friends. I was sitting at the bar with a view of the entrance. A friend of a friend who was there showed up, and they started talking amongst themselves. I was sitting there just sort of looking around. This is when I looked up and saw a blank faced woman standing in the entryway. I had seen her walk in briefly, but she hadn’t really moved. By blank, I mean, I couldn’t make out any of her finer features.

The way the light hit her face, it looked skeletal. It’s 70 degrees outside, but she was wearing a big, black, winter coat. She just kind of stared at me for a solid five minutes. For all I know, she may not have been. Her eyes were shadowed, black and hollow. I still could feel a penetrating stare, and her head didn’t move at all. She didn’t pick up food or anything—that I could see, just walked in, stared, and walked out.

Do you think it may have been some kind of omen—that I may die? I mean, the long and black, hooded coat kind of sold me on the grim reaper look. The fact I could feel the stare without seeing it was a little scary. Maybe I’m reading into this too much, but I wanted to see if anyone has had similar experiences.
