Hey, so my sister in law sent me some pictures and video of what appears to be an oily substance with gunk inside of it. We went camping and after the 4 days gone she came home and the wall above the doors in the middle of the wall to her kids rooms and bathroom in the hall, there was this stuff when she got back. Not sure what it was but super sketchy.

Have no idea what it could be. Bugs? Paranormal? Ex husband broke in and hexed his kids? Like. None of these are out of the realm of possibility. So do any of you smart people have an idea? Thanks!
