These experiences date back to from what I recall 2007-2010 before we moved house.

When I was super young we lived in this old ass house, from what my parents said they think it was built in the 20s, the walls were plaster and it was practically crumbling around us, sometimes during a very hot summer some of the walls would crack a bit.

I don't want to rule out an over stimulated mind or anything like that but sometimes I had an overwhelming feeling of being watched like someone was at the door of my room.

I remember feeling this way and feeling very uncomfortable so I would take the psp from my bedside and play games whilst I hit under the covers till it subsided to go back to sleep.

We had a long hallway from the kitchen/living area to my parents bedroom and second lounge space and we would often hear foot steps and when going out to check, the entire hallway would be empty.

My dad was a bigger bloke so you knew if it was him, when telling him about this he would say similar things when he would be watching TV late at night he would hear footsteps expecting me or my sister but nothing would show up.

We never saw any shadows or figures but I just wanted to share these things as we recently went back there, place has been knocked down and replacing it is units so I wonder if anyone living there now is experiencing anything similar.

Ever since moving I've never felt anything out of the ordinary or felt like I was being watched.

I want to try and debunk it but I want to believe it wasn't my mind playing tricks and it was something paranormal.
