What is the strangest thing you have seen or found, when called to a person deceased? (NOT interested in violent deaths, just what you found/saw/heard)

Guy finally immigrated to Australia from India to meet his children who flew over 15 years prior. He was jet lagged after his flight, went to nap. When they went to wake him up a few hours later, he was in rigor mortis. Never had cause of death, we queried PE post long-haul flight.
