I'm going to be studying paramedicine and would like your opinion on shoes

I am prone to rolling my ankles so I would like some ankle support like Doc Martens give but I would also like a lot more traction than Docs give.
Also available in Australia is a must because thats where I'm based.
Any suggestions?
