I'm working on a character with a cool power but i can't figure out his trigger event.

His power allows him near absolute manipulation of light or photons. He can shoots beams, conjure whips of solid light to restrain people, manifest wings to fly, blind people by creating black flashes or hide his team by preventing light from moving and cloaking the area in darkness. He can also control speed of light so he can slow down enemies or speed himself up.

Obviously i think the main classification is shaker because of the photo kinesis. But I couldn't find much info on shaker triggers.

Personality wise he is arrogant but polite, sorta like a teen Marquis in personality. Please help.
