Quick question about how Alexandria got wet [Spoilers, and ;)]

Hey gang, So during the time when Alexandria is leaving the interrogation with Skitter to bring back members of the Undersiders one by one, she comes back once wet. Alexandria says this was because Tattletale had a water generating cape, and Skitter deduces this was a clue to let her know that Alexandria requires oxygen and can drown. This leads to the conclusion of this story.
However, we find out later that Alexandria was only getting body doubles for the Undersiders. So what, did Alexandria just go and stand under a fountain for a while?
