As much as everyone hates, fears and reviles the Simurgh, and is terrified of all of her victims for fear of what they could (and probably will) do, people do get outtaked from Simurgh Quarantine Zones.
If someone powerful, like a new Eidolon or Alexandria, someone Triumvirate-level triggered during a Simurgh attack, went through the clearing procedures and became a hero...
How would people react?
On one hand, powerful new hero fights crime, performs amazing feats, fights off Endbringers.
On the other hand, nobody could ever trust them, no matter how much good they do, because Simurgh.
How would public opinion, or the Protectorate, treat a cape like this? Would they try to sweep their origin under the rug and debut them elsewhere with new branding? What if they couldn't, like it was a really unique power?
Spoilery bit
The Travelers were terrified of their origins being known, not just because of the Simurgh, but because they're extradimensional. As we know from the final boss fight, it was justified, as that was a, what, three year domino knocked over by Ziz? So even if they weren't extradimensional, and were somehow cleared by the good guys, those butterflies might still have led to something disastrous. Would people just say "nope, sorry, too risky" and turn down a powerful, sane-seeming, heroic parahuman because of the fear of Smurf-bombing?
