How strong would this power be?

Hello, I came up with a parahuman power for one of my characters, and was wondering how strong it would be in worm.

So basically, my character can see the mistakes that people are making. More concretely, when he looks at someone, he sees shapes and patterns around them, like a sort of aura. Each shape correspond to a mistake that the person is currently making.

Simple, common mistakes, such as not eating healthy enough, procrastination, not spending enough time with your family, etc. are represented by simple shapes, while rarer, more complex mistakes are represented by more complex symbols.

The more a person makes the same mistake again and again, the more colourful the pattern is, while the less they make a mistake the more transparent the pattern is.

He doesn’t instantly know what mistake a particular shape corresponds to, but by observing the shape he can intuit the meaning over time (eg that jagged line means an emotional problem, that swirl means an addiction, that hue means that it is smoking), more complex shapes take longer to decipher, and using his power for too long gives him headaches.

When another parahuman is using their powers, he can see the errors that they are making, such as not using their power optimally. However, the specific ways in which they are suboptimal will take longer to intuit, as “misusing this particular power” is a rare kind of mistake, and therefore corresponds to a complex symbol.

He can use his power on himself too. This is emotionally taxing, as being hyper aware of every mistake he is making was what caused his trigger event. When he is using his power on himself, he can intuitively feel what he is doing wrong, and so he can manually adjust his movements, actions, thoughts, to try to minimise the errors he is making.

This isn’t as strong as PtV, since you can still lose even if you make no mistake. Still, this power is priceless in a combat situation where one mistake could mean death.
