I live in a tall apartment complex with an extremely slow elevator so usually when I order food (Grubhub, etc) I go for contactless delivery or the âleave at the doorâ option so my poor delivery person doesnât have to wait for me forever.
Iâve never had a problem with this using any other delivery service or at any other restaurant except Papa Johnâs, despite having a literal leave at the door option on their app, they refuse to do so even when I text them to leave it and the past few times have taken my food back to the store and told me to call the store, or have just refunded me.
Is it just my local Papa Johnâs having this issue or is it just not a typical thing for drivers to read the instructions to leave the pizza at the door?
