Hello. As you can guess by the title: The GM of my store is so freaking annoying and mean. She’s the reason the turnover rate is so high at my store, why half the staff have quit / walked out, and even the longest standing employee of 7 years is considering leaving because of her. She talks bad about everyone and acts like you’re so “amazing” and “appreciates” you and when the other managers try to give her constructive criticism: she takes it to heart and feels ganged up. Like everyone walks on egg shells around her. I’m not sure what else to do because I cannot keep going to work when she’s working (ironically she’s the opener tomorrow with me) and feeling on edge. Idk what should I do :(
