All bakers will be let go and ALL FROZEN PREBAKED BREAD will be used with ALL FROZEN PASTRIES. Cafe staff will do the bake for $5 to $10 LESS PER HOUR!!! The process has already started. Texas has NO MORE BAKERS. Corporate doesn't want you to know so they can keep you from leaving until they have no use for you when cafe staff is trained and the frozen bread production facility is ready. Your GMs probably DO NOT know so don't be angry with them, this is pure corporate greed! THE PROCESS COULD BE A MONTH, SEVERAL MONTHS OR MORE ( BUT LESS THAN A YEAR) They gave Texas bakers TWO WEEKS NOTICE. Some of you will be offered jobs at STARTING CAFE PAY (minimum wage) what a slap in the face for bakers.....especially those of us with years and years of service! Prepare yourselves my fellow bakers Texas bakers were offered 2 weeks severance pay, but who knows if corporate will continue with that throughout the whole process.IM NOT COUNTING ON THOSE GREEDY CORPORATE SUITS!!!!
