Post Body

My chef just told me that some coworkers of mine are coping that i only work 2 days out of the week as a cook(i work a total of 3 but on third on i work in sides and dishes) but on the third day the chef asks me to switch to sides and I close the back on Sunday so in turn the chef cooks on the busiest day and people are mad at me because they think im being lazy and not working all 3 days as cook. He also says that the GM doesnโ€™t allow him to cook during the week in morning shift where he also works because theres another cook. Am I in the wrong for letting the chef cook on Sunday? I also help in cook just not as main cook but when the other kitchen help leave i have to wash the dishes
