Questions about GM position
Post Body

Hello everyone,

Thanks for your time reading my post :)!!

So I've been contacted by a recruiter for the GM position and it's first round is going to be virtual. Any ideas how that goes??

I have zero experience in restaurants but have extensive general management in different fields. My questions:

*Hows working at a restaurant such as Panda vs at a hospital ( which where i work now) *What's the base salary like and can it be negotiable? *Someone mentioned they also sponsor H1b employees, have you had any experience with that? *Whats the turnover rate? *Do their meals contain alcohol, if so can i order anything without having it in my meal?

Any tips or suggestions would be extremely appreciated, thanks again 🤗
