My manager gave me a 2.8 on my latest performance review, and when I asked her why she continued to dodge the question. In all honesty, I just want the reason as to why this is my score so I can better myself (especially when I personally do the most at my store; not to toot my own horn).
The reason I mention discrimination is the fact that a coworker with multiple write-ups and consistent tardiness was given a higher score than I. The only difference are the # of days we work. He works 6 and I work 3 because I go to school full time.
I just want to hear what someone else has to think about this situation, and what I should personally do.
Thank you!:)
