I'm sure this question has been asked a million times. But I just finished watching the series for the first time and I need something to distract myself from that fact. I know my favorite character is probably Ben because like him I often make off the cuff remarks that nobody gets, and he's the responsible one that helps Leslie with a lot of her crazy ideas. My least favorite characters are probably Craig/Tom. Tom is just whiny all the time and when he blew making Ben's speech I was furious. Maybe it's because I know people who would do that. Craig was just kind of thrown in there and his constant freakouts, at least to me, were more annoying than funny. So, your favorite parks and rec characters, and least favorite.
