Store near B&B Lodgings? SIM card needed.

Hi all. This is a very specific question and hopefully it's allowed. I'm traveling to Panama soon and will stay at B&B Lodgings ( Tocumen 24 De Diciembre, Urbanizacion Monterrico, Calle 3a, Casa D-102, Tocumen, Panama). Does anyone know if there is a store near there (Within walking distance preferably) that sells SIM cards? I tried searching via Google Map but as I'm not native, I don't really know what's what.

Edit: Thanks for the replies folks. I'm going to cancel my hotel reservation at B&B and get one closer to Albrook instead (since I would be traveling there that next morning anyway). I'll go to Albrook mall and get a sim card. Thank you!
