Mod request - Player Mailbox at Palbox

So this may be unrealistic, but I'd love to see a mail system built into the palbox so letters can be left for other players, or in the case of server admins, info/questions/polls etc can be disseminated via mail.
While a new object could be made for it, since the "palbox" is already similar in name and required for every base, it would likely be a good place to slide in a mailbox option.
If you have any suggestions that might make it better, please feel free to share.
