Which should I get? PSA 103 or just a regular PSA GF3?

I’m about to purchase my first AK and can’t decide which to get. I’ve seen nothing but good things on the 103 but can’t find a whole lot on the GF3. So before I purchased one I thought I’d get an opinion on the 2 first, the main reason I’m asking is I can’t really find a difference between the 2 other than the price. Help?
