So, I'm just casually in bahari and I was about to go to one of the fast travel boards when I see that there was loot nearby, loot not from me by the way because it was 600ft away. So I thought oh cool I'll go see what dropped, AND IT WAS THIS!!? And before people come at me, no I did not steal this person's loot because when loot drops, and the player picks it up, it's still there for all other players so they are also able to pick it up (does that make sense). I feel kinda guilty that I didn't get this on my own and I just got it from being curious about what loot dropped.
