Music while playing?

Recently I've thought about listening to music while I grind out some chores in Palia. Problem is, I play on switch undocked mostly and the idea of not being able to hear the in game sounds etc. Really bugs me, so I'm really on the fence on whether or not I should listen to music. Bare in mind id be listening to music with earbuds in because I don't really like listening to music out loud. Any ideas on what I should do?
