We desperately need more gardening plots!

Seriously!
I don't even mean for money making, I just want a garden with a bit of everything but that's just not possible considering apple trees and blueberry bushes take up a lot of space.
Like, I want at least 3 apple trees and 5 Berry bushes.
But I also want a couple of rows of potatoes and tomatoes!
But I also need cotton for fabric because I keep running out!
And I need carrots for carrot soup for gifts!
It's really frustrating, farming should be so much bigger in this game...
