I'm following a Keto lifestyle right now, and I know that's not very good for young kids. My son is 7 and is with me 3 months out of the year. I would like for him to not eat processed sugar and white carbs while he's with me, but I know that when he's with his dad, he'll have access to it all over again. Will having this constant no sugar/on sugar be a bad thing for him? Weight/height wise he's in a great range. I just feel that his attitude and concentration will improve without the sugar.
