I'm on the autoimmune protocol and every source exhorts me to get more organ meats in my life, especially liver. One suggestion if you don't find liver palatable is to cut in small pill-sized portions and freeze for 14 days to kill pathogens and then pop them like pills, a few a day.

I can't find any confirmation on the safety of this method. Will 14 days of freezing really make popping raw liver safe?

How about digestibility?

As a side note, might I suggest making the post tags into post flairs the submitter adds after the fact? Because my post was initially auto-removed, I was "fined" with having to wait several minutes to post again.
