I took a little more than half a cauliflower head and riced it; I microwaved it for a few minutes and then squeezed out the moisture into a paper towel. Mixed the resulting cauliflower-flour with two eggs, garlic, and rosemary. I balled the dough onto parchment paper and baked it on one side for 10 minutes, then flipped it for another 5 minutes.
Really great! A bit eggy in texture, but it didn't really taste too much like cauliflower. Any advice or tips from people who have done the same? I'd like to perfect this so I can fool people into eating vegetables!
