Thought on the elusive paleo wrapper
Post Body
Has anyone ever tried dipping your food in liquid tallow and then letting it harden, akin to coating something in chocolate? It would be similar to pemmican, but instead of mixing the meat throughout and having a 1:1 ratio of meat to fat, this would be a very thin coating, just enough to keep your hands clean from handling the food.
